We recognise that each client has their own thoughts, feelings and history. We want to understand the whole of who you are. Our holistic, relationship-centred assessment model provides a philosophy of clinical care and practical guide to explore key personal issues and broaden our assessment of your needs.
Guiding principles of active cultivation of trust, empathic curiosity, and informed intuition are key during this process. Together, we will determine your therapeutic goals, desires, and achievable outcomes. Your bespoke recovery programme, including aftercare, is curated.

A wilderness trail is a deeply personal and profound experience of our connection to the natural world that is very difficult to articulate. It is a carefully facilitated experience by expert guides (some of the best in Africa) of nature and wilderness.
